My name is Jay Wells. I specialize in investment vacation homes in the Disney area. I’ve been specializing in selling vacation investment homes for about ten years. I’ve been in the real estate investment market since I was in my early twenties. I really love the vacation home market and that’s why I’ve really specialized in this market.

What I love doing is I love the fact that I work with a lot of families and I love the fact that families come to me. They’re looking to purchase an investment home that’s also their vacation home. I’m actually helping families find a home that they can use for however many weeks out of the year they want, enjoy it while they’re here and then when they’re not here rent it out, and they’ve built quite a chunk of equity when it comes time for them to sell it.
