One of the great things about working with me again as your realtor is that I have what’s called a one-stop shop. I’ve been doing this for many, many years. Other advantages are management companies; I know who the good ones are and the bad ones are. Of course, I’m going to give you the good ones. Those are the ones I’ve been working with, which is very important. Not only can I help you with the handymen, furniture companies, management companies, I can also help you with financing. A lot of my buyers are cash buyers but I also have a ton of buyers that need financing. I can guide you through the whole process. I can help you with management services, handyman services, furniture companies. Again I call myself a one-stop shop. That’s what I am.
